Thomas B. Hayn
Thomas B. Hayn is an associate with Torino & Bernstein, P.C., where he practices primarily in the area of personal injury defense, with a focus on premises liability, construction accident, and motor vehicle cases. He also has experience handling property damage actions as well as in the drafting and arguing of appeals.
Mr. Hayn graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business in 2006, receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and sport management. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Hayn is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Prior to his admission to the bar, Mr. Hayn interned as a law clerk with a small Philadelphia firm specializing in wills, trusts, and estates practice in Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey.
Mr. Hayn resides with his wife in Elmont, New York.
